Return Policy – Money Back Guarantee

We do our best to provide our customers with the best possible service, however, if for some reason you are not 100% satisfied with the merchandise all diamonds (diamond jewels), apart from custom-made orders, purchased from Seren Diamond Ltd., can be returned to us within 14 working days of the purchase and payment will be refunded in full (*) under the following conditions:

1) A written notice is sent to Seren Diamond informing us that you will be returning (exchanging) the merchandise.

2) To help us to handle the return process in the most efficient way, please make sure you receive a written confirmation from us prior to the shipment**. Please email to marina@serendiamonds.com3) Your return parcel is fully insured as Seren Diamond does not take responsibility for any damages (or loss) caused to the merchandise during its transportation.4) The merchandise must be returned in its original packaging with the original certificates that were received when purchased.

5) The merchandise must be returned in its original form ***

6) Shipping details, such as AWB number, etc must be emailed to marina@serendiamonds.com

If all the above is implemented we will take immediate care of the refund.

* all shipping and insurance expenses will be deducted from the refund amount

** we can also suggest you the most efficient way of shipping as we have special arrangements with a number of shipping companies worldwide; as a part of our service, we can offer you special price for the return shipment.
 
*** once the merchandise is returned to Seren Diamond – it will be thoroughly inspected. In the event that the merchandise does not have its original look (diamond – recut, jewelry – was worn or resized) and does not match our records, the merchandise will not be accepted by Seren Diamond and will be shipped back to the buyer on his account. – this is 'COLLECT' and the parcel will not be released until the payment is fixed.
