Seren Diamonds offers international shipping worldwide. All shipments are handled with the highest level of care to ensure that each order arrives safely and securely.
Customers are advised to consult their local tax authorities to determine any applicable import duties, VAT, customs fees, or other charges that may apply in their country.
Seren Diamonds is not responsible for any duties, VAT, taxes, or surcharges imposed by the destination country or local authorities.

Shipping Information.

Seren Diamonds ships orders via trusted and reputable carriers with global offices, including Malca-Amit, D2D, Brinks, FedEx, and UPS.
The choice of carrier is determined based on the destination, value of the shipment, and security requirements.

Estimated shipping time is approximately 3 to 7 business days, excluding Saturdays, Sundays, and public holidays. While we make every effort to dispatch orders on the same business day that payment is received, shipping times may vary depending on destination, customs clearance, and carrier procedures.
All shipments are fully insured prior to dispatch for the full value of the order. Each shipment is accompanied by an official invoice and the original gemological certificate(s), when applicable.

Return Policy.

If an order needs to be returned to Seren Diamonds, the customer is responsible for all return shipping costs as well as the original shipping expenses. These costs will be deducted from the refunded amount.
Seren Diamonds offers a 14-day return policy for online purchases. Customers may return loose diamonds within 14 days of receipt for a full refund, subject to deductions for shipping and bank fees.

Refunds will be processed only after the returned merchandise has arrived at our office in Israel and has been inspected to confirm that it is in its original, unused, and undamaged condition. All original documentation and certificate(s) must be returned together with the merchandise.
Seren Diamonds reserves the right to refuse a refund if the returned item shows signs of damage, alteration, or use, or if required documentation is missing.
