Payment Options.
At Seren Diamonds, we strive to provide a secure and convenient payment experience for all our customers worldwide. To accommodate different preferences, we offer the following payment options:
Option 1 – Prepayment by Bank Transfer.
Bank transfer is a safe and widely accepted method of payment, allowing for fast processing and timely delivery of your order. This method is preferred by most online diamond businesses due to its reliability and security.
Once full payment has been received and confirmed in our account, your order will be processed promptly. Seren Diamonds makes every effort to dispatch the goods on the same business day that payment is confirmed, subject to final clearance by our bank.
Option 2 – Payment After Inspection.
For customers who prefer to inspect their items before completing the purchase, Seren Diamonds provides the option of payment after inspection.
This service is available worldwide and ensures that our customers are fully satisfied with their purchase prior to finalizing payment.
Inspection via Shipping Companies.
Customers may inspect the goods at the offices of leading international shipping companies, in the presence of authorized representatives. We collaborate with Malca-Amit, D2D, and Brinks, which operate in major diamond trading centers globally.
Once the diamond(s) have been inspected and approved by the customer, the purchase process may proceed.
Payment Method for Inspections.
Payment is accepted by bank transfer only. Once full payment is received and confirmed in our account, Seren Diamonds will instruct the shipping company to release the goods to the customer immediately.
Inspection Service Fees.
Inspection services are provided by the shipping companies, and fees are determined based on the value of the goods. These fees are the responsibility of the customer.
Before shipping, Seren Diamonds will confirm the round-trip shipping costs and inspection fees with the shipping company and provide the customer with a detailed cost breakdown for review and approval.
International Shipping.
Seren Diamonds offers worldwide shipping through trusted and secure carriers, ensuring that all orders are handled with the highest level of care. Shipments are fully insured, and all items are accompanied by an official invoice and the original gemological certificate(s) when applicable.
Shipping times may vary depending on destination, customs clearance, and carrier procedures. Estimated delivery is 3 to 7 business days, excluding Saturdays, Sundays, and public holidays.
